All indoor areas of the villa, including bedrooms and living rooms, are strictly non-smoking. This includes electronic cigarettes and heated tobacco products. If you wish to smoke, please use the terrace. A dedicated ashtray is provided there. To prevent fire, please ensure that your cigarette is completely extinguished after smoking. We appreciate your cooperation.

We do not offer plans with meals, but you are welcome to cook in the kitchen. Please feel free to use the provided cookware and tableware. ※After use, please wash the cookware and tableware and leave them to air dry on the rack.

Free on-site parking is available for our guests. There is enough space to park up to four cars.

Cancellation fees will apply starting 7 days before your check-in date. However, if public transportation is suspended or travel is deemed difficult due to a typhoon or other natural disasters, the cancellation fee will be waived (full refund). In such cases, please contact us via message as soon as possible.

When returning from the beach, please be sure to rinse off all sand outdoors and change into dry clothes before entering the villa. Our sofas and beds are made of delicate materials. Using them while wet can cause damage or stains to the furniture, so we kindly ask for your cooperation. *Please note: In the event of significant staining or damage, a professional cleaning fee may be charged.
